Deleting Files

l have some software (G-Lock Temp Cleaner) which finds redundant files to delete.
It has found the following file,

C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Database

The size of this file is 3012.00KB
Would it be safe to delete it?.

I wouldn't delete anything in the pchealth folder.

by the looks of the path those are help files (assuming HELPCTR means 'help centre') and would therefore probably be safe to delete.

Depends on where it is finding other copies. I believe PCHealth is a part of WindowsME.
