previous system shutdown was unexpected

In our windows 2000 server getting the below error oftenly since three months

The previous system shutdown at time (11:00am) and date (mm\dd\yy)was unexpected

Any one idea about that shoild be appreciated

Is it occurring regularly, at the same time daily, every other day, etc.? Is the server accessible by everyone, someone, no-one? Can you eliminate "vandalism", whether intentional or playful? Can you eliminate power failures, circuit breakers tripping? From these questions, you can see that there are a lot of non-computer issues to resolve in addition to, and maybe before, any possible computer problems.
