While trying to install Norton Systemworks from disk onto my computer I receive the following error message: "Setup could not find Microsoft Windows Installer. If you do not have administrator rights on this machine please login to to an account with administrator rights and retry the installation"
I don't know the problem and I have no idea what "administrator rights" are. This is a home computer used only by my family. Furthermore, I know nothing about computers so if I should be lucky enough to get a reply could you please explain a remedy in simple terms and step by step.
