Is it possible to disable the 'Back Button' in Client's Browser ?
Without opening another window ?

basically - no.
you can have redirect page so when the user clicks back it just keeps redirecting them to the page they clicked back from.

Please don't do this unless there's a real need to. I boycott any site redirecting me in this way when I'm not coming from a forms submission.

I agree. Mousetrapping is low. I never go back if that is the case.
