Paging file too small

After upgrading from 98SE to 2K I get this message immediately after booting: No paging file or page file too small. I have tried almost every possible change to the paging file size, both minimum and maximum and increasing the Registry size. Nothing works yet.

I had this problem and just recently figured out what it was. Go to the sharing options on your C:\ drive. Under security, make sure that both "System" and "Everyone" have full control. This should help.
