Adding MAC addresses to a DHCP Scope?

Dear all,

I am wondering if it is possible to script to add a list of MAC/IP addresses from a text file to an existing DHCP scope on either/both Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4?

If this can be done, could you supply me a sample script?

Any other alternatives would be very helpful.
