Problem reading files from ISO9660 CDs

We've just upgraded to a W98/W2k dual boot system and have discovered a problem reading MAC-created ISO9660 CDs with W2k. While W98 can read them OK, W2k can see them but not read them.

However, if we use W98 Explorer to drag the files onto our system then W2k will then open them up, no problem - which infers that W2k is only unable to read the disks, not the files on them.

Does anyone know how to correct this. Any help would be much appreciated!

I don't check in here very often, sorry for the delay, sorry if this is now moot, etc.

Have you tried making a new CD from the contents of the problem CD? Maybe the Macintosh burned CD is not well.
