SHUT DOWN(LOGOS.SYS)

WHEN I SHUT DOWN MY COMPUTER ,I CANNOT SEE THE MESSAGE 'IT IS NOW SAFE TO TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER'.I HAVE LOGOS.SYS FILE IN MY WINDOWS FOLDER,MOREOVER I SEE THIS MESSAGE WHEN I BOOT MY PC IN SAFE MODE AND THEN SHUT DOWN IT.

One please do not post all caps. Hard to read. What version of OS are you running?

With Win98 there are three Logosys files. Do a find file for LOGO*.* at the root and search recursively. My guess is you might have deleted it. Reguardless Windows does display a message in clear text at the top of the screen (I just tested it) Good Luck!
