I've been modifying IE with regedit and now none of the changes I make do anything! I was trying to restrict File > Open. I set the NoFileOpen value to 1 in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Restrictions\
But I can still use File > Open, no problem. What gives? It was working earlier... Same thing with NoBrowserOptions.
