When I go into control panel and click on network the message comes back :Your System Administrator disabled the Network Control Panel...HOW DID I DO THAT ? lol HELP
My guess is that someone (or maybe yourself, by accident) might have used some sort of tweaking program and disabled the Network applet in Control Panel. If so, try this:
Launch Registry Editor (Start>Run>regedit), navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Network
Highlight the Network key on the left pane, and see if there's a value named NoNetSetup on the right pane. If there is, remove it or change its underlying value to 0.
Hope this helps.
