If you have TWEAKUI, open it and go the the My Computer tab. Put a checkmark in the box for C Drive.
If you don't, you can open the registry and navigate to this key:
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Policies\Explorer
In the right pane, look for this entry:
NoDrives
Double click on it and modify it to
00 00 00 00
Reboot. All drives should now be visible.
