IP Conflict on DHCP Network

We have 7 Segment with assign IP Address Automatically using 2 DHCP Servers. but sometime there are a lot of conflict IP Address on several segment. We have used BootP (IP Helper) for relay DHCP requested from client to DHCP Server by Cisco Router. My question how to stop appear IP Conflict on DHCP client.
