We are migrating over to Win2k and AD. We want to use Jscript for Logon scripts instead of batch and VBscript. We are doing this because Microsoft says that they suggest it. The problem is finding books or documentation for admins. It seems everything is written with the programmer in mind such as web programming.

Can anyone tell me where i can find classes and or books for admins?

Thanks Chris

Actually alot of the documentation doesn't suggest either language. Their should be a Jscript course out soon, I just took the VBS course 2433 ACP. My suggestion is to use VBS script easier to teach co-workers & admins because alot of the Admins I work with have zero tolerance for coding (Don't blame them one bit!) and jscript can get complex. There are a number of VBS books or Jscript book but the Number one thing I find usefull is the Windows Scripting Documentation Ver. 5.6 GREAT RESOURCE and includes examples in both VBS and Jscript. Code samples for WSH has both flavors to help you out. Very cool. Hope this helps a little bit, if I catch the course number I will post it here.
