Converting .PST to .DBX

Hi,
I am having a PC with outlook express installed.
and I also have a ms exchange .PST personal folder file which I want to use in outlook express.

The thing is I dont have ms exchage or windows messaging installed in that machine.(this .PST file I copied from other machine.)

Can any one help me out that how i will use my .PST file with OE.
