how to disable End Task in Task Manager of win98

how to disable End Task in Task Manager of win98
thru registry or regedit.

if press ctrl-alt-delete,it's showing all processing programs with end task ,shutdown and cancel.i want to disable End Task to avoid to kill a particular process or application.
if anybody knows pl. help on this topic.pl. do the needy.

...i know that there is a way but i have forgotten the hkey for it. For now i can tell you that there is a freeware at www.Spytech-web.com It is under the freeware section and again i don't know the exact name but i will get back to you in a bit...please respond though so i know this i not a "dead" thread of the fourm

new addition the program is called secure shield. it has several different things you can lock off...i am trying right now to find which key it modifes

I would be interested in this as well.

Our company purchased "hands off" but I prefer not to run to each machine, and configure them all with a million restrictions, especially if I can just run a registry patch that'll do it :P
