Registered User Change

I'm trying to get support to change the registered user of Spyware Doctor. I purchased 2 licenses for the product for which I have not used either yet. Support has been entirely too slow to get me the steps needed to change the registration details.

Unfortunately, I used a friends key to register and clean a key logger from my system and now I can't change the registered user and uninstalling doesn't remove the registration details.

I have already opened a support ticket and provided my order number and license key, but the support tech wants me to disclose the current license information. I'm not comfortable doing this as I don't want to compromise my friends license.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to get this program re-installed and registered in my name.

Once a license code has been used to register a product, it is stored in the registry. You will need to contact PC Tools support in order to remove the license code to register with your license code.
