I'm a 98 SP1 user and recently reinstalled the system and its pretty clean. This is a second post unrelated to my previous post. Somewhere along the lines, over the past few months, I've lost the ability to use <Ctrl-Alt-Del> to reboot or bring up the Programs Running list to shut down certain programs or non-responsive programs. I could not find a lot on this in the MSKB. I've posted this in other forums and other insist all I need to do this is use Task Manager, which I can do, but this option does not allow for a reboot or access to TSRs or other hidden programs. Any suggestions. Thanks.
