Hey guys,
Ok, heres the deal, i go to this school, and we use laptops, i have windows 98. The idiots have some how disabled the user option in the control panel (on purpose) and i want to enable it again. im pretty sure its a registry tweak, becuase when i try open it, it brings up the same message like when you disable the shutdown comand (etc etc). Im not a newbie, but im not to advanced at the registry either, and im pretty sure ive posted in the right place.
ANY help will be MUCH appriciated!
