Internet Explorer Security

I would like to know if someone can help me to change the configuration of internet explorer security on internet level.

The logon settings must be "Automatic logon with current username and password"

I have to change it in almost 5 hundred machines, can I do it changing the registry?

where is the key!?

P/S: 1 for enable , 2 for Disable

I created the key VNETSUP and the dword EnablePlainTextPassword, but it didn´t work, the site still ask for username and password. I would like that it use my domain username and password.

Anyone can help me with this?
