I am unable to install the following:
1. I downloaded MSN messenger and when I came to install it, it came to process the files and stopped. The end result was that I found the files in the TEMP folder but still I could not invoke the application. I tried several times with the same result.
2. I am unable to install the downloads that I get from microsoft Windows update. The system freezes.
I have no problems installing other applications. I am using Windows ME and have a Sony laptop PCG-F650, 128 MB Ram.
Can some tell me what course of action I should take.
