script to add user for W2K

Hi, we are working to make a free webmail service using our Exchange 2000 Server.
Could someone help me with scripts to add user and their properties, such as email address, First Name, Last Name, I tried some in MSDN site, but always got a weird error such as "constrain violation occured" or so.
