WinME: The Win Key

I know that when I press the win-key + e, It opens the windows Explorer..

Question: Is there a way to create new win-key shortcuts to open a spacific program like win-key +s that would open the sound recorder?

I do not believe that you can but there are options:
Go to Start/Programs and Right click on your desired application shortcut, select Properties and in the Shortcut Tab you can assign a shortcut key or you can try Winkeys, it is free.
