Pls help,how to shut down win98s automatically

hello, I'm asked to shut down 30 computers at 4:00 pm everyday in 30 different locations, please help, how can I do for it .......... automatically.........

You can create a new job using the Task scheduler (mstask.exe)

Add this command line:
C:\WINDOWS\Rundll.exe,ExitWindows ;Shut down

As for all your locations, depending where they are at, you may need to talk someone through the procedure.

will that command shutdown even though there are applications opened??? and not saved yet???

thank you reghakr, is there any other method to shut down computers in any conditions ( e.g. the computer hang up ) because if the user close the task scheduler...........so........
