Hope somebody can answer this ..When somebody sends me files to download. If they have the initials (eml) after the file name then I can't open them. I can download them but can't open them. I have wWindows ME. Thanks!

.eml files are Outlook Express Email files. Not sure how you are setup but, if you are using Outlook or Outlook Express you should be able to open them, unless your email server explicitly denies the passing of these kinds of files. (That is the way we are set up, .eml as well as a couple dozen other file types are filtered.)

I am also having the same problem as yourself. By any chance, did you install incredimail and then delete it? If so, this is your problem. I don't know how to fix it but if you reinstall incredimail, you will be able to open these .eml files again.....sparkman
