Windows ME + BSOD

Hello All,

I am attempting to diagnose a problem my mother-in-law is experiencing with Windows Me.

Problem: While working in a program (any program), I get the SYSTEM BUSY! BSOD.

It's not a memory issue (upgraded from 128 to 384M RAM).

I am not familiar with Windows Me and plead ignorance when I say she should probably upgrade to Win2k Pro.

Has anybody experienced this problem? If so, what adjustments were made to fix it.

That isn't very much to go on. Can you provide more information? An error message would be helpful as BSOD covers just about EVERY crash. Perhaps system info including Explorer/Netscape configuration and IP provider, and hookup.
