To configure the general settings for Firewall Plus, click on Settings in the left navigation menu and click on the Preferences tab.

• User Mode: Select between Normal User and Expert User modes.

• Check for updates automatically: Enabling this will make automatic daily checks for updates to Firewall Plus.

• Language Options : Allows you to select the language for the Firewall Plus GUI.
