The easiest way to enable or disable Firewall Plus is to go to the Main Status & Summary screen and toggle the link Firewall Protection is On/OFF.

You may also enable or disable Firewall Plus from the Windows Sys-Tray by right-clicking on its icon and selecting the enable/disable option.
