PC Tools AntiVirus Settings

PC Tools AntiVirus' functionality and scanning behavior can be altered through the Settings screen.

To access the Settings screen, click the Settings button on the Main Status screen. On the left of the Settings screen, select a settings category by clicking its name under "Pick a category:".

• General Settings

• Log Settings

• Startup Settings

• Scheduler Settings

• Scan Settings

• OnGuard Settings

The following functions are applicable to each Settings screen:

• Load Page Defaults - Click this button to restore the default settings to the selected Settings category.

• Apply... - This button becomes active when any option on any of the Settings screens has been changed. Click this button to apply all changes on all Settings screens. Changes will be lost if you navigate away from the Settings screens.
