A full scan will run a comprehensive scan of your whole system. While it may take a little time to run, we recommend that you perform a full scan periodically to safeguard your system from infection.
Using the scheduler facility, you can schedule a full scan to run periodically at a time that the scan will not interfere with your work.
To run a full scan:
1. Click on the button Scan in the left navigation menu present in all screens.
2. Select Full Scan under Select Scan Type.
3. Click Start Scan located at the bottom of the screen.
Note: You may stop the scan at any time by clicking the Stop Scan link.
The scan status is indicated by a Status Scan progress bar and an Overall progress bar. The following details are also listed:
When the scan is complete, the scan results are displayed.
